I shouldn't have to wait 20minutes just to talk to a person on the phone. God forbid something was actually wrong with my son. So fed up with this automated system, and when I finally get through I am greeted with someone who openly expresses through attitude their lack of professionalism. My son won't be there much longer I can guarantee that.
How do I get a number for "MyChart" so I can participate in the new online system?
The doctors we met with were good, but the nurses, especially over the phone, were awful. No bedside manner for worried parents, made me retell the same story over and over instead of letting me talk to the same nurse again (even just a few minutes later), and were often rude.
I absolutely love Westwood pediatrics everybody I have ever dealt with is amazing, j Sunday New Year's Day I called and got my very sick son in immediately! ❤️ Kudos
