Zero is too much for this building and its Hoa! If time goes back I never ever buy even 1 square footage in this building 1300 Midvale. Waste money and waste time is all things that you will get in this building ! Hoa board is unprofessional in knowledge of building, so they waste your time and money. They never answer your request, maybe after 2 or 3 months. After 6 months we don’t have WI-FI cable while we are paying for that.
