I have a Studio Apartment, on the West-Side of the building. I, recently, found out my rent is almost the lowest in the city of Winnipeg. Incredibly helpful, and friendly, neighbours & Building Manager. This Studio Apartment is going to be just over $800 a month and is perfect for one person. Parking, Hydro & MTS are extra costs, but that is minimal for me.Giant Tiger is right across the Street, same with Rexall and we are very close to a Portage Bus Route. I lived here for 6 years and found the building management and its residents to be really nice. Apartments are for the most part sound proof. Can't think of any complaints. Theyre not luxury Apartments but they are nice clean and comfortable. Only thing that you may not enjoy is that laundry is not in suite. Water heaters are also rather small so if you take long showers. Get a 2bdrm unit and you'll enjoy yourself.
