Called to get an appointment and the lady that answerd the phone was very rude. She need to go back and have more training on her bed side manor. This is not the 1st time she has done this just the 1st time I was done being treated disrespectful.

I was already upset that this dentist office made no effort to inform my boyfriend of the procedure to get dentures before he got his teeth extracted, AND for referring him to an oral surgeon that was blatantly rude to him for asking about dentures, but I can't even call them to make this right because they CLOSE AT 1 on a Thursday? Service sucks!! Daughter-in-law has been waiting for 11 months for her dentures. Still not finished and it'll be another 2 months..🤦🤬🤷🤬🤬
One one the best dental officers I've been to in my 53 years of life they make every visit an awesome and amazing experience .give them a try I promise you want regret it.☆
