The management here is completely awful I signed a lease for a brand new apartment new paint, new floor, new carpet, new fridge, new stove etc. Michael colwell gave me three different move in dates due to not being done on time then peoceed to move me in with no new stove dirty paint on walls, dirty doors with all kind of crayon marks as if from previous renter, broken windows that fall of hinges when I try to open, no working outlet in the restroom, doors falling off hinges, front door with literally no peep hole.
