@allianceliving I previously lived at Broadstone 5151. We moved out on January 12th. We have yet to receive the refund check. We have called several times with failed promises of the check being in the mail. The latest confirmation was through an email received on March 10th stating the check was mailed on March 5th. This is past the allotted time frame of 30days for the return of the security deposit. No returned calls or emails. This has yet to be resolved.
The inexcusable gross negligence of their (Alanza Brook Apartment) staff caused the death of my dog of 10 years, by allowing her to walk out of my locked apartment, down three flights of stairs, walk freely out of the complex and a quarter of a mile down the road until she was struck by a car and killed. I asked for the BARE MINIMUM as compensation for suffering such a heart breaking and devastating loss, and they refuse to even give me that. Extremely disappointed and disgusted.
RecommendedGreat quality and all of the comforts you could ask for. Top of the line for affordable prices. You can't go wrong with their properties.
No this people have very poor managment and lets not talk about discrimination and how they just can have people going around lying on you without proven facts and soon as they do they charging you a fine off he say she say stuff. Lets not talk about how everyday the water gets cutoff literally everyday and oh lets not talk about how they slide fees in your rent like you dont know what you signed at home without any further notice due.
