No one answers the telephone at the Encino branch. I was holding in a queue for 30min in order to have my prescription rerefilled and delivered only to get a voicemail in the end. I left a message but nobody has called me back. I called back this morning and the same again. It's so unprofessional. When I go there and my meds are meant to ready for pick up, I have to wait yet again. Last time almost 15 minutes and there were no customers and the branch was full of staff.
