Wonderful customer service team my car was completed to an excellent standard
The team here were amazing! From the time I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked it up, I can't fault their communication & professionalism. Top quality service.
Avoid at all costs. Took my car in for minor bumper damage, told 5–7 days, ended up with lies, delays, and excuses. Returned with filthy carpets, reclined seat, and dash cam unplugged. Staff were rude, dismissive, and showed zero accountability. Take your car anywhere else. I took my car in for minor damage to the front bumper. I was told it would take 5–7 days, possibly sooner because the damage was small. Instead, it took them two full days just to remove the bumper and another two to fix a simple scratch. Can't say enough good things about this place. From the service to repairs, everything was more than great. The emails to notify you about every stage of the car are impeccable. You're greeted really well at the desk and then given the information you need with explanation without rushing you. Great service. Thank you guys, it's been a while since I have seen this type of service where you feel welcomed and respected.
