I thought moving here would be a great idea but not even a month later the tires and rims were stolen off my deceased sons truck that was given to me and I filed a police report; no one from the property made any contact with me concerning this happening in the middle of a well lit parking lot..the property then said my vehicle was abandoned and had it removed from the property without notifying me or allowing me to have it moved on my own. The only positives for this place are that it allows pets (for a fee) and it is conveniently located. Other than that, this place is one of the worst places that I've ever lived until now. The complex feels overcrowded and uninspired. There is no sense of community. It feels like a place people pass through, not somewhere anyone would want to call home. The parking is a mess (no reserved spots) and there is trash everywhere. Despite the steep rent, nothing is ever fixed or updated. This is a slumlord situation.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here for 6 years with my grandma. They charge so much on rent now and take quality photos on their website but in person it’s nothing like it. They have rat problems, washers in the laundry room are broken; they stop in the middle of the wash leaving your clothes soaking wet. Management is horrible, they try to cover it up by showing the remodeled apartments. Don’t move here they don’t fix at all water goes all the time smells like mildew there’s mold in windows they don’t fix mice and roaches they steal packages they break into cars and they tow your cars even if you LIVE THERE cameras don’t work they don’t care about nothing and don’t get me started on Fatima the main person you deal with she’s a piece of work just don’t move here save yourself the headache !!!
