I will like to leave my review concerning this property. I had been a tenant at Westwood Apartments for over 5 years. And I have to say that I really enjoyed living at this residence for the first couple of years. The grounds were always clean and the maintenance person would always make repairs when needed. However, it has been a constant headache since my rental contact agreement expired and I moved out of the apartment. Well I came in to sign some papers to see if I could qualify for an apartment the manager and assistant manager was so awesome they had great attitudes the property was clean so I give them a five star rating thanks guys either way if I qualify or not they are great
The manager never in office she always acts as if she is in a meeting as of today 4/3/2024 she is sitting in her vehicle at 2:12 on a Wednesday as we knocked on the office door she sat and watched .. The owners always respond and say they will handle the issue but NOBODY does anything
WORST PLACE TO STAY !!!! I WOULDNT TELL MY WORST EMEMY ABOUT THIS PLACE ..A BULLET WITH THREW A LADY APARTMENT THAT STAYED UPSTAIRS.. IT WENT THROUGH HER BEDROOM!!! SHE SAID LUCKILY HER BED WASN’T RIGHT WHERE THE BULLET LANDED !! .. YOU GO ALWAYS HEAR GUN SHOTS DURING THE DAY AND NIGHT .. CARS GET BROKEN IN TO.. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!! I’m sorry but these apartments is not a place that you would want to live at. I have been here since February 15. And I’ve been complaining about the same thing over and over again. I have holes in my walls, my ceiling is close to caving in, my bathroom floor is always wet because the air conditioner is leaking, there’s mold in my kitchen. It’s been there since the first day.
