Just a few facts from the past resident of over 3 years. My particular apartment was in Quail Meadow, yes, all happened to me: 1. High rent for what you'll get v elsewhere. 2. Dated exterior and interior, old appliances (W/D, fridge, range and the microwave oven) energy inefficient and dated. HVAC is old and inefficient: apartment's cold in the winter and hot in summer with $200-300+ monthly energy bills in high months. I lived at 186 Pergola from 1978 thru 1994. My apartment was a second level corner unit facing the parking area across from the office and it was an absolute haven for me. Any issues inside (they were few and far between) were handled quickly and thoroughly. I read in one review that the walls “were paper thin” and therefore unsatisfactory. I wanted to leave a review for the fantastic Maintenance Team of Edgar, Jose, Ivan and Omar, for their continuous commitment to providing the residents the best customer service. Edgar for always going above and beyond. Jose for taking care of several maintenance needs, basin, screen door, door sweeper, garbage disposal replacement, etc. Omar for assisting with several projects, Last week I was smelling gas and I called security after hours, and Omar was here within 30 minutes. I am a current resident of Riverview Apartments. I wouldn't recommend this place. My opinion about management is irresponsive and doesn't provide enough care about tenants. I am having an issue with my neighbor, who keeps her dog on the balcony. The dog is barking for hours non stop. I filed multiple complaints to the management but nothing changed. I think its their responsibility to take care of this issue. I definitely will not recommend Riverview Apartments.

This place might one of the worst place to live in entire southern California. I lived in this complex for little more than a year. Hence, i will share my experience point by point. -Security is big issue here. Things were stolen from my car and I reported to the police and the management. The management said we do not have any security cameras installed so we cannot do anything about it. -The management has problem with Christmas lights. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is the SCUM OF THE EARTH!! worst experience I have ever had. 4ft Rattle snakes on all the trails, dog owners that leave their pets feces EVERYWHERE, fire alarms that go off CONSTANTLY, a leasing office that will never contact you back or LITERALLY HANG UP on you every-time you would like to formally complain about something. Please do your research. I moved out 6 months ago and I am still disputing thousands of dollars worth of inaccurate billing. Most of my issues with Del Río became apparent after moving out. They are incorrectly billing and sending us to collections for replacing flooring that was not damaged in the first place and sending us the bill for it. This place is trash — my car has been backed into on 3 separate occasions during the 1.5 yrs I’ve lived here parked in my designated spot. After the second time, I asked if I can move spots or if they have any cameras for me to take action and they said they do not nor would they move my spot. Well here I am again for the 3rd time getting damages done to my car while the village won’t do anything about it! Garbage responsibility. Pics to come in the AM.
