Nice living area
We lived at Westwinds Village for two years and had a very good experience. The management team was helpful and responsive, and the property was well maintained. We had a spacious ground-floor apartment with a backyard, which was a great bonus for our family. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
I spent 6 years (and 2 months) at Westwinds Village, and had a great experience. The on-site property manager, Debie, was always fantastic to deal with when any concerns arose. The maintenance team was always very fast to responds to any issue, whether in my specific unit, or for the building itself. If it weren’t for buying a house, I would have continued my tenancy until the time to buy came around. Thank you to Debie and the whole Boardwalk team for a memorable 6 years.
We’ve had a good experience living at Boardwalk Westwinds Village. The area is quiet, family-friendly, and close to everything we need. Debbie and maintenance team have always been helpful and respectful. The only downside is the yearly rent increase, but overall it’s been a comfortable place to live.
