I spent 6 years (and 2 months) at Westwinds Village, and had a great experience. The on-site property manager, Debie, was always fantastic to deal with when any concerns arose. The maintenance team was always very fast to responds to any issue, whether in my specific unit, or for the building itself. If it weren’t for buying a house, I would have continued my tenancy until the time to buy came around. Thank you to Debie and the whole Boardwalk team for a memorable 6 years.
We’ve had a good experience living at Boardwalk Westwinds Village. The area is quiet, family-friendly, and close to everything we need. Debbie and maintenance team have always been helpful and respectful. The only downside is the yearly rent increase, but overall it’s been a comfortable place to live.
Really appreciate the management here, was going through a tough time personally and wasn’t sure how I would deal with rent among a bunch of other things. I talked to the manager Abdullah who reassured me that I would not be made homeless lol jokes aside I was very concerned and it was such a relief to know that Boardwalk was more than willing to work with me, and hopefully once I get everything sorted, I will continue living here for a long time.
We ve been living here for 2 years and had a really positive experience living at Boardwalk Westwinds Village. The community itself is friendly and welcoming. It feels safe, and there are plenty of green spaces and areas for kids to play, which is a big plus. The management team has been professional and helpful whenever needed. Debie is approachable and do their best to address concerns, which makes a difference in day-to-day living.
