The owner of Westwind mobile home park is crooked he's got a manager running the park doing unlawful things and just doing whatever she feels like doing. She doesn't have the right knowledge or know how to even be manager, she doesn't even know basic math or have the customer service skills to be manager. Sorry for the rant I am a resident of the park who has seen alot of shady things going on in the park.
