Office manager was great got us out of the bad situation we were in at another complex. Maintenance was over immediately to help with loose handrails since I'm disabled. He's also been great in getting over for all the little things we find that need to be fixed. I love the atmosphere feels like I'm bordering the woods seeing the wildlife and my cat stays at the door constantly watching the birds.

I give this place a negative 5 score! These people are slumlords. Our town home is a complete safety hazard! They do not follow township codes and I am calling Delta Township building inspector on them. We have lived here almost 2 years and they have never done an inspection or changed the furnace filter! Horrible staff period, absolutely incompetent! I had to retain an attorney run run in the other direction! Dirty, junky, unkept, overpriced safety hazard!
