Westwind Management has significantly delayed in reimbursing me for HOA payments made just prior to and after I closed on my condo, January 16, 2026. Lets talk trash cans, we get a notice saying our trash can was left out for a day after pick up. Yep, your right, that happened. But you dont get just a letter telling you 3 times its a 200.00 fine, they want you to send a pictire of the trash can pulled in and sent to them to prove its been done.
