Don't believe the hype. I called to book a ride, never heard from anyone. Apparently you have to be someone "worthy" of a ride, just look at the you tube videos. If someone like R Kelly or Diddy called I'm sure they'd get a response. Just sad. Whatever the owner of this awful company responds to this, please don't believe it. It will actually be funny if he responds, as he never responded to my voicemail. If someone shows you who they are believe them. Good luck!

What an awesome experience! This was my first balloon ride and it was a great time with amazing views. Also, Scott was an expert pilot and my wife and I felt very safe. It was always something I wanted to do and was totally worth it. Highly recommend Westwind Balloon company.
