These apartments are some of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in as soon as my lease is up I’m moving out the new management is horrible they don’t address any of the issues that us as tenants are having they just want the money & trying to beautifuy the outside of the building when the gate needs to be fixed people park in the lot that do not live here it’s horrible and we are having our vehicles stolen & vandalize I DONT FEEL SAFE HERE ANYMORE
Apartments are very nice, but that's about it... I lived there for 2 years and never even had smoke detectors installed, my apartment was broken into twice and a lot of suspicious people will follow and watch you... Dont get fooled by the location and price... This building is not safe
The current living conditions in this building are extremely hazardous. Residents are frequently get their vehicles broken into in the parking lot due to the unaddressed issue of the gate. The management has failed to take any action to rectify this problem. Furthermore, the cameras inside and outside the building have been malfunctioning for several months, contributing to an unsafe environment.
The residents are constantly arguing and fighting in large groups in front of the complex and in the middle of the street. Consistent loud yelling almost every night.
Great building and attentive staff!
