I like coming here especially with the new massaging chairs! That’s really cool! My dental assistant said my gums were sensitive but I swear she was digging into them with that little drill. It hurt the whole time and that wasn’t cool. I could taste my blood in my mouth. It was the least pleasant experience I’ve had in the 2 years coming here. And I had my wisdom teeth taken out and it wasn’t nearly as bad as this. That is all.
The lady who did my xrays was in a bad mood and her negative energy was unpleasant. The wat she talked to me made me feel uncomfortable. Later at the end of the visit, a woman at the front desk asked her a question and when she didn't know the answer and was asked to ask the dentist, she sighed like it was a complete inconvenience to her. Needless to ssy it was a very unwelcoming experience and I'm thinking I might take mine and my family needs elsewhere. The actual dentist was pleasant though.
I have been going to West Ways for quite a few years. They are always friendly and professional. They are honest and fair.
I am very pleased with the help and support I received with concerns I had with my new dentures. They went so far as to making an appt for me with the person who made my dentures to address my concerns with my new "teeth"! It was extremely beneficial for me and way beyond what I expected!
Everyone is always so nice & friendly. That's really important when a dentist's office is usually the LAST place ;you want to be. The x-rays & cleaning went well, as usual. I'll see you in a month or 2 for getting rid of a molar. Thanks!
Dr. Fisher is really Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr8 to work with. She is the highest degree of excellence.
Dr. Nielsen did a great job on my implants.. West Ways staff are very nice and friendly..
I called her as an emergency toothache she did not hesitate to take care of me and had me meet her at the office on a Holiday. I highly recommend and still will. She has true compassion
