If you're a condo community looking to hire an HOA management company, stay far away from Westward360. This company doesn't know what customer service is. Through a quick search they started in Portland in June of 2023 and the address appears to be a virtual office from Opus. Their main office is in Chicago. I'm managing a condo in Citadel Condos in Portland which was acquired through a foreclosure and Westward360 is the HOA community manager.
