I have been trying to speak with someone from Billing as I sold my unit, they issued a refund, 3 wks later and I have yet to receive it. It is nearly impossible to reach someone who can help me either by phone or email. It feels like someone is trying to keep my money. According to the person who answered the phone that department doesn’t receive calls, I have sent multiple emails and still no response. Anyone have any suggestions how to get this resolved?

If I could leave a zero review I would. What a joke of a management company. I have sent 6 emails in the last month regarding a very serious issue and not a single person from the management team or their info email has replied back. They will just take your hoa fees and do absolutely nothing to make your community or your housing experience better.
