Hi I've lived here at Isla at south Shores for 4 years....this place is old and tired and it's so hard to do up grades with out hoa approval. Every unit needs to be overhauled all 1990 decor, no updates it's just stagnant..if upgrades were easier for people to do, this place would be worth a fortune..im hoping some day to leave this place for a better location and updated condo.. Just saying!!!!
I came into the HOA office seeking a resolution, and I had been trying to resolve over email. The staffer was on vacation, and I needed immediate answers. The in office staff was very kind, helpful and attentive. Very hardworking staff and happy to find resolutions and had me on my way in 15 minutes.
We have a new company to manage our HOA starting January this year. We are very grateful for Eurika, for her patience and kind assistance, which enabled us to get everything done quickly.
Most HOA companies are not great, but this one sticks out as especially bad. It's like they forget they are administering people's homes, they treat you as if your issues are an inconvenience rather than they are providing a service. No communication between the company and their security guards - they hire the cheapest one and that's it. I would not be surprise if there is an incentive to get your car towed just to show they have an effect. You would get better customer service living in an apartment complex.
