Westward360 has been extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. For over two weeks, I made multiple requests for basic HOA documentation needed for a pending closing, including the master insurance policy, and received nothing but delays and vague responses. After getting no answers, I contacted the insurance agency directly and discovered that the association’s policy had not been paid and the community currently has no active insurance coverage.
