We don’t have a contact for our 250 homes in the development. All phone numbers lead to the same guy that only takes payments.
I am a vendor for westward360, placed a bid clearly stating we dont accept checks and are paid on completion, have multiple emails stating so, bid was accepted, job completed ( 3180.00) not a small job, now told check will take 14 days, contacted main office thru chat and email, disconnected 3 times then just ignored, this is a warning to vendors be very careful when working for this company they dont seem to care about keeping good vendors or oaying for completed jobs as agreed
Loft 5 community in Las Vegas NV run by NORTHCAP requested a food delivery driver to leave their ID at the security before delivering the food! Later The security named Steven gave the ID to a wrong person without properly confirming the First and Last Name and/or by photo! It is NOT legal in NV Las Vegas to keep people’s IDs, “they can only keep it if you’re arrested or there is legal grounds to hold it” ! NORTHCAP should absolutely be responsible for this situation! You have a 3 floor condo property on karen and Burnham with an elevator not working that has been down for months, with a terminal ill carcer patient living there and you all are refusing to fix it.
