Snow removal is at will, salting for the ice is even more rare. Personal grills are no longer allowed which we were given 2wks to comply before our personal property is removed and discarded, which if we had known this we wouldn't have resigned our lease. Maintenance staff is nice but are told to cut corners to save cost. If you have children the "playgrounds" are not near the buildings, the one closest to my building is an easy 50yrds from any building and also out of sight as it is in a revine. I still reside here. I feel safe and love the atmosphere.
Westview Park Apartment has "Just Right Size" for one person. It's my first apartment in my life that I can live in independently as I've never lived independently before. Very challenge the first year but I'm going into my two years of living here at home sweet home. I love having garden and swimming pool. Office people are friendly and easy to talk to about apartment or to chat with. They do have days where the priorities comes first which is fine with me. Nice / not a lot of noise/nice view/ good office staff/big bed room for the money
I think Westview Park Apartments they're nice looking but the owner James Tilson is a jerk because he treated me like crap and didn't treat me fairly and now we have all this legal stuff going on it's been almost a year and half and still going on and they do not care of their residence and they are doing lot of stuff that's against the law so I suggest anyone who's thinking about moving there that will be your worst mistake
