Very BAD experience! No Management whatsoever. No maintenance is done right or in time. Washers and Dryers damage your clothes. If you pay on the second they charge you an enormous amount of late fees. Save yourself the DRAMA and find somewhere else!

Not this time, this is a warning to anyone considering this place! If you have any other options go with those.It's a nice neighborhood and at first glance I was really excited. Terrible place to live. I signed a one year lease, regretted it almost immediately, moved one year later. Overpriced, poorly constructed (wall heaters?!?), management lies.`Do yourself a favor and research this place before signing the lease.
