I recently moved in here and so far everything has been great! It’s a cute updated studio and it’s fairly quiet. The staff has all been friendly as well!
Bug infested!!! Don't rent from this place!!! They used to treat for bug, but when @Point Guard Management took over they don't. So the neighbors below that have the bugs infest the above apartment... This is ridiculous... This place is know as the #bedbug hotel...
The maintenance and office staff arnt focused on their tenants verry well. It takes 2 almost 3 months to get an ac unit replaced and all ive gotten was excuses about how that cant replace it, the weather stripping was never replaces and it looks like they got lazy and painted over everything when they renovated the appartment.
Don't rent from these people bed bug infested place and addicts all over the place
