This place is absolute garbage even for the price. They sign on the east side rent is 1,200 + 11 with packing on all of the other fees at once. Which took our rents to 1400. THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! Maintenance is absolutely horrible and is just some random guy living at the complex. They snoop around your house and open their mouths. Is the leasing office is terrible and since I've been here- 3 months- I have met four different leasing agents and Julia is the worst. THEY LIKE TO TIE HIDDEN FEES INTO ANYTHING THEY CAN!!! Very good experience , Zach was able to help me out when moving from states away and get us the move in date we needed. Maintenance showed up the next day to fix a couple things and was very nice.
Just moved to the Springs. Had a good leasing experience with Zach and got a move-in special which was great because I was struggling at the moment. Management is pretty responsive. Also, Humberto completed all my maintenance requests so far. I think he lives at the complex, so he is always around. Overall I enjoy it!! This place is affordable, right by my work and they have a free parking lot which was not easy to find
