This place is absolute garbage even for the price. They sign on the east side rent is 1,200 + 11 with packing on all of the other fees at once. Which took our rents to 1400. THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! Maintenance is absolutely horrible and is just some random guy living at the complex. They snoop around your house and open their mouths. The absolute worst places I have lived if you need a place to live desperately please look elsewhere!!! THIS PLACE HAS SEWER ROACHES!!! You won't notice too many but once you notice them you can't stop. I had a hole under my sink that they refused to patch, a leak in my sink as well and all they did was throw some shity putty onto it which lead to it leaking again 3 days later.
