99% of the time the revolving door of techs that seem to come and go here have a serious attitude problem, and are very condescending to the pet owner. If a pet owner comes in, and politely explains the pet is a senior over 10, isn't used to being away from me at all, you don't just throw a choker rope around his neck and start dragging him to the "back room". Do not take your pet here. One of the doctors seems legitimately insane (she's barely coherent when you try to talk to her and rambles endlessly/has a lot of trouble focusing on your pet and the current situation) and told me my cat had a disease she couldn't remember the name of, but I should "google it" - I did and no such thing existed for what she said the symptoms were.
