I went to Dental Health Care Associates, because they had great reviews on line. I was not disappointed, everyone was pleasant welcoming and considerate. Everything was explained to me during every step, before, durining and after my procedure. I am happy to have found a dentist that I feel confident about. Kindness is never overated.
The staff is so warm and friendly. They are great! They did a great job cleaning my teeth and now they're bright white. They also gave me a dental plan to keep my teeth healthy!
Wonderful experience with oral hygienist. She was extremely thorough and very kind. Wonderful chair side manner. Doctor explained any dental problems he foresaw. Did not feel pressured to pursue any particular course of action. Very satisfied with whole experience would recommend highly. As usual, reception staff excellent.
I have nothing but good things to say about Dental Health Care Associates in West Chester. Dr. Wollach is great, the hygienists do a wonderful job, and the staff in the front office are very professional and accommodating to the needs of their patients. Nanci has been working in that office for all the years I've been going there, and she is awesome!!

I have been using this practice for over 35 years. Always excellent, professional and personal service. Suzanna has been doing my semi-annual cleanings recently, and her service is excellent. Yesterday was my first visit with Lindsay, who was equally professional, personable and knowledgeable. Thank you for the continued excellence from your entire team!
Called me direct to say they had open time for my visit that fit my schedule. The Tecnician and Dentist explained everything and I have scheduled future service.
The staff are great. They were very helpful and caring. I felt very comfortable. Dr. Wollach was very patient and explained everything in detail.

The entire staff was very friendly. Both the dental technician and doctor were very professional and the work was of high quality. Traditional as well as more modern methods were used in the periodic cleaning that was performed. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work that was done.
