I’m not sure what their game is but I would suggest you steer clear of this place to save yourself some grief. I called them about a simple pan gasket replacement for auto transmission. Was told that they would be happy to do it the following week. After bringing my vehicle down to Kamloops I called to set up a time for the repair and was told that the guy who I had spoken to didn’t know what he was talking about and that pan gaskets were hard to do and might leak afterwards so they don’t replace them. I went here for some maintenance on my front struts per my fiancés recommendation. I saw Ryan and he was extremely friendly and helpful, he ended up finding a secondary issue that was more important than what I had went in for and didn’t try to upsale me more just wanted me to get done what was the most important and keep my car drivable which I appreciated.
