These people are terrible. They choose who they want to see based on “personal preference” is what I was told when they denied care to my 2.5 year old daughter too close to closing time. No explanation, just the provider doesn’t feel comfortable”….my daughter was an existing patient who has been seen here many times before. The problem is I came in at 12:30 the day after Halloween and they closer at 1.
Mrs. Esteves was friendly and professional. WestsideMed is always my go-to urgent care location. The wait is never long which is always important to me.
The providers here at Westside medical are so helpful. They get the job done or they can provide you further guidance. I highly recommend!!!

Service was excellent and the wait time was zero. Very knowledgeable and highly competent staff and they are even open on Saturday and Sunday. This was a great experience for me.
