The worst experience I have ever had with a provider. Do not go here. Was screamed at on the phone by Ms. Smothers when I called to clarify about multiple bills. I have never encountered such egregiously unethical billing practices. Chose to go here because of all of the 5 star reviews and Ms. Smothers being an NP and an independent provider. Jill has been absolutely fabulous. Super easy to communicate with and makes you feel comfortable. Jaime
Jill is wonderful! She is very compassionate and made me feel very comfortable and heard. She heard all of my concerns and didn’t make me feel rushed, which is not common! She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to predict several things about my health and history very accurately. I so appreciate that she doesn’t immediately jump to prescribing several medications and takes a more holistic approach. Our appointment was not only incredibly helpful, but fun! Cannot recommend enough.
Ms. Smothers is my folks primary care provider. She is very condescending and abrasive. I was very surprised and upset with the way she spoke to my parent and to me when we went in for an office visit. Treating both of us like we were totally incompetent. I'm glad I switched PC providers and won't have to deal with her.
