Have been there twice with 2 different animals for emergent issues. Cannot say enough how amazing they have been with both!
We have been going to Westside for a few months now and I can honestly say I couldn’t have picked a better vet for my dog! As a first time dog mommy I have plenty of questions and they are quick to respond to Facebook messages, even on weekends! The staff is friendly and the clinic is always extremely clean. My puppy Mia was having some issues yesterday and Dr. Pivach was more than happy to stay after hours to make sure Mia was looked at! I highly recommend this vet to all of my family and friends.

Dr. Pivach is Awesome. I took my dog to 5 different Vets and she was the Only one to diagnose her correctly. The clinic is extremely clean and the staff is very helpful. Dr. Pivach has us for LIFE.
Dr Vichot and Jenna are fabulous. They are so patient and their love for animals is evident in their loving handling of our sweet cat Cosmo. I highly recommend their clinic!!!!
Dr. Vichot, Dr. Pivach, and the staff at Westside Veterinary Hospital were all wonderful to deal with when our dog, Lucy, needed surgery. Everyone was helpful, communicative, and professional, and, most importantly, they took great care of Lucy. My husband even commented on how well done her stitches were. It is obvious that everyone at Westside Veterinary Hospital has a love of animals and are passionate about helping them! I would highly recommended them to anyone looking for a Vet in the New Orleans area.
This office is AMAZING!! My 14 yr old GRUMPY cat was sick and needed to be seen ASAP. They got her in right away and were so kind and gentle with her! I am SO thankful for them!!
Both doctors are wonderful and the staff is excellent! Clean, compassionate and truly a calm atmosphere. Rarely wait long and you can tell everyone here loves the animals and people!
