The doctors and staff are truly amazing here. I've worked with many of them and can attest they are dedicated, caring hardworking professionals. I know my pets are in the best hands possible when at WVH!
My chihuahua was very sick and they helped him to live as long as possible. When it came time to let him go the doc and staff were so kind and his passing was in a calm environment. They obviously care about you and your babies and I’m so glad they were the ones to help my Dusty to live as long as he did. If you want a kind and caring doc and staff that cares not only about your babies but you too this is the place to go.
Dr. Vichot is definitely the best. Our dog developed aggressive behavior toward her old doctor. I called Dr. Vichot and he talked to me for 30 minutes or so. We developed a plan that was best for our Bali. He even had a backup plan or two if his original plan would not work. The plan he developed worked. She got her vaccines with no aggression displayed. I highly recommend him. He cares about his patients and their owners.
Dr Vichot and his staff were very professional and kind from beginning to end. He explained everything my kitten needed and was able to accommodate us with a few concerns. Thank you!
Professional and personally focused care. Dr. Vichot takes the time to listen and respond to each point brought to his attention. He explains his findings and recommendations as they relate to his examination, as well as to my questions, clearly and with concern. He takes his time and although running a veterinary clinic must be hectic he never sounds rushed. He has a gentle and calm manner with the animals. He clearly cares for his patients. I give my highest recommendation to Westside Veterinary Hospital.

Have been to the clinic twice and Dr. Vichot has been great. He took the time to talk to me, even about my pets he has not seen yet. This is the cleanest vet office I have ever been to and all of his staff has been so nice and cheerful. The fact that they take Care Credit is a plus since I always have so many pets due for their shots at one time. I highly recommend this clinic.
