The worst service I ever experienced, the staff is very rude and not reliable.
This front desk representative tiara was rude to me i am handicap i am having a stroke i professional then when I wanted to speak to a supervisor a jamacian gentleman from allied universal security (Norman)doing a cover up then he started raising his voice saying i am causing trouble then he started explaining to my girlfriend totally out of order;When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me so I can file a complaint. It's my right to file a complaint mr norma denied me that right to file a complaint.
