I am a returning patient, and my experience at this facility has been consistently alarming. I came in with ongoing pain that had not improved, and instead of taking my concerns seriously, I felt dismissed all over again. This hospital was the very first place I was evaluated when my lupus symptoms began. They told me I was “fine” and sent me home. Latoya was amazing! She made me feel heard and extremely comfortable. This is a big improvement from the last time I was here! Patricia my nurse was also helpful and kind. Overall it has been a great experience
Natika is THAT nurse fr. She got the bubbliest personality and made me feel so comfortable the whole time I was here. She super kind, patient, and really listens instead of rushing you. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I really hope management sees this and appreciates her, because nurses like her make the whole hospital experience way better. If you come here, pray you get Natika she gone take good care of you every time.
