I'm writing to commend Reymond Victoria and Diana Lopez on their outstanding service. They stepped up to help my mom when it seemed the staff on the 3rd floor left us hanging. We were dismissed and waited and waited for a wheelchair. When I asked the 3rd floor staff- said they had no wheelchair and they didn't seem to want to go find one. I had to search the hospital myself, and came upon Reymond and Diana who saw my need and rushed to help. Hospital is definitely outdated however the staff makes up for it. Absolutely incredible care. Shout out to Eric the RN that took care of my mom all night while in the ER. Grace from the fourth floor was also truly incredible these people are such hard workers and deserve nothing but the best

I was hospitalized for 5 days. Most of my care was done according to schedule, just a couple of hiccups. The hospitalist doctor Chris was such a kind and caring sole. All the doctors, nurses, aides, nutrition personnel, maintenence went above and beyond to make a tough situation better. I thank them all for their acts of kindness. As things don't always go according to plan at discharge, orders don't get transferred for services needed. A quick call to the hospitalist and orders started appearing and being covered.
