Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Highly recommended. I am in the process of bringing an old 96 XP back to life. After spending at least 4 hours chasing electrical circuits, cleaning terminals, and re-seating connections, I was stumped because the Seadoo would not recognize the DESS Key. Called Nick about an intermitant start problem. He diagnosed and told me how to fix it myself. So much appreciated!
Jess was outstanding. He reprogrammed by MPEM and key for our '98 SeaDoo GSX (my favorite ski) and sent a new DESS post. Turned around in less than a week and was significantly less than our local shop. He also was very helpful with the initial troubleshooting. Was our running today, cutting and gettn' air. THX JESS!
