We’ve used Westside plumbing 3 times now. Every time it’s been a great experience & the technicians are very friendly. I called this morning at 9:45 because my hot water heater wasn’t working and it was fixed by 1215p! They have always come out & fixed the problem same day.
I'm not sure who the technician was in the negative reviews but our experience with Matt was awesome! We received a quick response and appointment set up. He showed up right on time and got the job done within an hour. He was extremely professional and courteous. He even took the time to show to us and explain what the problem was and a quick maintenance tip for the future if need be. Highly recommend the service, especially Matt! Thank you!
I was referred to this company by a friend. I am now questioning our friendship. They replaced the main line from the street to the house for $3000. But disconnected the lawn sprinkler system in the process. I called to inform them of this problem and they sent someone to dig up my front yard but never returned and did not fix the problem. This has been 45 days I cannot get them to respond other than saying there is nothing more that they can do. Not very professional. After agreeing to have work done, this company failed to return calls. This is no way to treat a customer. Suggest you reconsider using this company
