Beware they will cancel your appointment the day before if you don’t explicitly confirm over the phone. I never received a phone call or voicemail and they still cancelled. Poor policy and communication for anyone who works a full time job.
My experience from the initial consultation through the follow-up appointment was excellent. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I entered the facility. Ahmad completed the pre-screening in just four minutes, which was very impressive. Dr. Hope clearly explained the next steps and how to get my dental health back on track. Kevin and LaKendria were outstanding during the cleaning and laser treatment, especially in helping ease my anxiety beforehand.
From the very first phone call to the moment I walked out, everything at Westside Modern Dentistry was seamless, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Kevin was the sweetest and sooo informative . He ensured i left with knowledge to continue to take care of my teeth.
This place is absolutely the worst. My husband went in and they told him that he needed an extraction for 3 of his teeth and they recommended him to do one tooth implant, which they completely messed up. They were supposed to do it on the bottom right gap because that's what they initially agreed on since that spot healed the longest, but instead placed it on the bottom left side that hadn't healed fully from previous extraction.
