I’m really disappointed in my experience here. The dentist recommended an extraction and also tried to push a deep cleaning (which would’ve been significantly more money). The whole visit felt more focused on maximizing billing than explaining options or being conservative with treatment. On top of that, the appointment took so long that the office literally closed and after all the upselling, they didn’t even perform the cleaning. Going into Westside Modern Dentistry is awesome! They have a wonderful, calming vibe. Especially Dominique, she is the sweetest front desk dental clerk you will ever meet!!!
The staff here are professional and friendly. I appreciate the treatment plan Dr. Marshall created for me. Each of my concerns have been taken care of in a timely fashion. Dominique has been helpful with explaining insurance and payment options.
