Westside pediatric is amazing. My boys love going, which makes my life easier.
I won't go anywhere else Dr Goodrich is amazing , always takes the time to listen, he is caring, his nurse Angie is also very nice, my kids love them both. Most of the other Doctors and staff are always kind and professional .
My regular Doctor is Tyler Dixon, when I can see him. He is so good I have a difficult time getting to see him. The other Doctors are great too though. Keep up the good work.
I set up an appointment in May for a sleep study because I cannot function. I am so exhausted everything is dangerous. It took weeks to hear back about the schedule to the point my insurance was trying to get it scheduled. Get the results of sleep apnea. Dr Jorgensen tells me about two weeks for a CPAP. Two months, multiple calls and emails later I finally hear back that they just now over two months later have ordered this. The doctors and medical assistants have all been great but you better hope you don't need a referral ... read more
Goodrich was abusive with his mouth, tone and words. Because he feels he knows the situation inside out, he does not listen. He refused treatment of two of my symptoms saying I would have to wait to see my doctor. Except he used an intimidating, mean tone throughout the entire appointment. My son also saw him and my son received the same attitude from him. I hope to never see him again.
