Robyn really knows her stuff. I came in with terrible plantar fasciitis in both feet . After 3 massages I feel 95% better. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and why it will help. I also appreciated the stretches she showed me to help with the pain and tightness. I highly recommend WESTSIDE Massage Therapy.
First massage I’ve gotten in a while that I saw actually benefit from after! Robyn is awesome, professional and genuinely cares that’s you feel better. Definitely recommend her for any type of message you’re wanting!!
Robyn is not only wonderful at massages but also so knowledgeable about different techniques and methods. She helped me to get some relief while also solutions to fix issues I was having! She made me realize I have tmj and gave me techniques and ways to not clench my jaw at night. I also learned from her how much sleeping on my stomach was causing issues in not only my back but into my shoulders and neck as well, she recommended purchasing a body pillow and gave me one to test to see if I thought it would make a difference! ... read more
Worst massage I have ever had. I am a former massage therapist. I was trained to feel the tissue as I worked on it and respond accordingly. I learned you cannot force a tissue to relax. You have to gradually work into a tissue and penetrate deeper as it relaxes. Muscles have to be encouraged to relax not forced. With Robyn I felt like I was run over by a truck.
