If Jay is not your one and only tattoo artist then I feel bad for you! He is a highly skilled artist and a good guy. I have nothing but respect for this man and his work. Hands down the best!
If your looking for a tattoo shop, look no further this is the only place you need to be. Jay is Awesome! He listens to what you want, he will throw some ideas back and forth with you and when you guys are on the same page he works his magic. Very cool guy. He has done one tat for me already, one piece on my daughter and now working on my sleeve. The owner is great he knows how to talk to people and has no problem explaining anything to you.
