I am so very disappointed and dissatisfied that Kelly N did not listen to what I wanted!!! I'm just glad I have a nice pair of breasts that I can prove I'm still a woman!!! Not to mention being overcharged!!! Website women's cut (short hair $35.00... I was charged $60.00) NEVER AGAIN!!!
Sadly I didn’t have the greatest experience but my hair turned out really nice. We discussed a price before hand and at the end of my service the stylist decided to add 25 extra due to using extra product without any communication of that. I requested my eyebrows dyed as well multiple times which never happened. Just wish I had got a heads up.
I decided that I didn't want to continue dying my hair to cover my gray, I will be 64 in July and I'm blessed and thankful to have gotten to this stage in my life. So I just want to embrace it, I came in with only a photo and explanation of what I wanted to do. Not sure what was going on, I think maybe her trying to squeeze me in is where things went wrong, she wouldn’t tell me any of the products she was putting in my hair, and I literally walked out with wet hair
I have been getting my hair cut and styled here for over 15 years. Absolutely love the community feel of the salon and I'm always happy with the services I receive from any of the stylists!
