I was looking for a new salon and saw Tess’s review. Who did that to her? I’m not stepping a foot in this place. Whoever did that should have been fired.

I had my hair highlighted and color here for the first time because my friend recommended this place. I colored my roots which is what i usually do if i opt out on color and just do a full foil. She said the color is too red and will not go with the highlights i was aiming which is just ash blonde (my regular highlights). She then said that i need the color so she can correct it and I said ok. The final look left me with 3 colors, streaks of bad bleaching, leapard like patches all over my hair.
