This is a Horrible rental company to rent from. First I had roaches for over a year, Secondly the property manager Matt does not care about anyone. My account was locked and could not pay rent, he said he would tell the management company, which he did not do, now I have to get a money order to deliver to them instead of paying online which would make everything 10x easier. and thats after they changed the rent from 1900 to 2100, this also doesn't include a refrigerator and the washer and dryers are broke half the time. Absolute FRAUDS. Do not lease with this company they will sneak you into anything they can. (Alex Raines) is one of their head people and he makes every request impossible while making it the tenants issue/fault every single time. Was told we are not a security firm when requesting cameras and secure locks on all entering doors. Dead bodies, broken into mailboxes every month, no elevator for 4 months straight, plus many more. I'd have give negative rating if I could. Not worthy of zero stars even. Lived there for 2.5 years. Absolute disaster and stressed out living conditions. First they will lure you with cheap rent like $1600 for first 6 months, then they will jack it up to $1900. That's what happened to me. Dont fall for their trap. they are the worst landlords and they will do anything to keep your money
If I could put zero stars, I would. Our move in was great. We had a spacious, bright apartment near UCLA. In 5 years, we had at least 10 property managers. It took months to years to get maintenance requests completed. I spent a year and a half with three property managers to get a dryer fixed that was spewing lint into the unit. The water was constantly out without any compensation. The AC broke multiple times, typically during a heat wave. Management company never provided fans, portable AC or compensation. RecommendedThis is a great building to live in. It is well maintained and the manager is really helpful and friendly. Any time anything needs to be fixed, it gets taken care of immediately. The location is unbeatable too, especially if you do not have a car. I am looking forward to calling this my home for many more years to come.
Worst company ever!! Don’t put your family at risk!! We had horrible service and unsafe living conditions they ignored and you can’t reach anyone in an emergency! Try contacting owner to see what we experienced.
This company is rotten from the inside out. Save yourself the aggravation and stay far from it.Look them up on Yelp, better business bureau, even reddit. All the 5 star reviews are fake. All the 1 star reviews are real. This company is generously contributing to the steep downhill slide of miserable living conditions all over LA. BEWARE
