I called @ 8:17 am on a Monday morning to see if I could get an appointment to be seen by the doctor. They didn’t call me back. So at 10:40 am I called back and talk to the woman that answered the phone. She said that they looked at my file and saw that I hadn’t been seen at the office since 2012 so they had dropped me as a patient and I would have to be treated as a new patient. The older receptionist with red hair is one of the nastiest people I have ever encountered. She was very rude to me and several other people who checked in. The work place should be a place of professionalism and not a place where you lash out at patients. Maybe train staff or put cameras in their offices so you can hear how terrible they treat the patients.
