Have NO idea how you couldve received ANY award for your pitiful center, a center that repeatedly fails to return phone calls to patients, fails to return email messages, fails to assist patients with signing up for portals, fails to assist patients with disabilities, shall I go on? Do you even read your own reviews on here? You would get a real idea of how your clinic is run so poorly! Terrible patient treatment!
They show no concern for patients needs. Have you sitting& waiting forever only to get a 2 min. Visit. Tell you your Rx has been sent to pharmacy and that is another story. They play too much. Instead of attending to the patient who had breathing difficulties they chut chatting in the triage with their feet prop.
Poor customer service!!!!!! Never going back there
