Very happy with the scheduling process- was able to be seen within 3 days. I saw Dr. Markus who is fantastic! I have keloids, which are a frustrating dermatology disorder so I had gone through treatment once before at another place with no success. Dr. Markus was very knowledgeable about the condition and even discussed new procedures that I was not aware of. Hoping the best for my continued treatment, but I highly recommend Dr. Markus and Westside Dermatology just based on my one appointment so far!
Was luckily able to book last minute this week and was setup with Dr. Markus, who apparently is one of the new Physicians at the practice. Felt that he was very thorough and that the practice was modern and organized. Easy to get to as well, which was nice. I haven't had a primary dermatological provider for quite some time as I haven't received the best care, but I am very excited to continue with Westside.

I saw Taj Rock for the first time for a dermatitis breakout. She was professional, informative..and so far all is going very well. Have a follow up with her in a couple weeks.
We have been going to Dr Arntzen since she was at Virginia Mason.Even though we live in Federal Way we would never consider going to anyone else. She is a wonderful Doctor as well as a great person. She is very thorough at checking your skin and for finding problems that we would never notice. Love her!!
