Mr.Gomez is extremely helpful when it comes to getting things done in my apartment as far as maintenance. Along with fixing things that need fixing, he also tries to teach how to best maintain whatever it is he’s there working on.
Mr. Gomez/Super Sonic is amazing he always gets the job done in a timely manner (super quick) best maintenance man ever !

Soooooo... I had to do another review... on Monday my A/C went out... I put in a work order and Mr. Gomez came on Tuesday, checked it out and had to order some parts. Wednesday at 12noon... my A/C is all fixed up!! Mr. Gomez is always on top of the maintenance! Also, in May I signed my renewal... this property was a lil shabby at first but since I've been here, the management has really stepped everything up. Neighbors are decent, no safety concerns, I legit have no complaints.
Lia and Monica are great I don’t have any issues here
