So glad we decided to go with westside for ABA. Our kid has made tremendous progress and we're so grateful to all the therapists and the BCBAs!
Disappointing services with no continuity of care! We were waitlisted for months before finally getting booked. Things went great for 6 months until our therapist left and our child was just dropped. It took almost 9 months before they were able to place her again. When we did return, we went in for the required re-evaluation, and were dropped again 6 days later for same issue, staff left. They practically do not offer diagnostic services. I was told the waiting period is 18 months for the appointment. Is this a joke?
I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff. Our BCBA Brittany is the best of the best. My family is very happy, especially my son. ❤️
