I have been coming here since Westside opened but unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Service, for the last year or so, has been inconsistent at best and employee turn-over is telling as well. But what ultimately caused my leaving (and posting this) was a consistent decline in professionalism.

This comment is so strange, since he never said a word about being unsatisfied and didn't bother to return my personal message to him apologizing for any inappropriateness/ inconvenience on our part. (We're a Barber Shop for goodness sake! ) In addition, to apologizing I also thanked him for being a great client and friend to the shop letting him know how much we value him. *YET HE STILL SNUCK BACK in for a cut, after posting this- when he knew management wouldn't be there. WOW.*
