For the Keene area, this vet clinic seems to be the most reasonably priced. However, when I called on a Wednesday with an urgent need for flea medication, the receptionist was rude, aggressive, and very unhelpful. She said I'd have to bring my cat in for an annual check-up because she hadn't had one since last year - even though records that my former vet had sent to Westside clearly showed my cat had a check-up and vaccines in March of this year. I have a highly anxious rescue and after some bad experience at a previous vet, Dr. Kane and her staff have restored my faith in vets. I made sure to advocate for my dog’s special needs and boundaries and I have never had to repeat myself. They understood from day one. They do everything they can for him and I to make sure that his visits are as comfortable for him as possible. They are compassionate with aftercare from emergency visits and I always leave happy.
