DO NOT LIVE HERE. Rent is higher than advertised. They do not have a maintenance man as advertised. Your toilets will leak, your ice maker will go out , your dishwasher will go out . The worst part is they tell you it’s your fault for not knowing how to use kitchen appliances when something way outdated goes out then refuse to fix it for months 🤣 apartment have black mold on vents…. The list goes on and on.
This place is the most worst place to ever live. Do not even consider it. They charge you random fees for no reason. Every single month we get our rent to pay and it’s messed up. They do not answer the phone EVER. I’m telling you, you do NOT want to live here.
