WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING HERE Please do not decide to live here unless you are desperate for a living situation and are aware you will get scammed. Between untrained staff, being told lies, and being forced to stay in an unsafe apartment, this place could not get worse. I had maintenance requests entered for 2.5 years and nobody ever came to fix anything. If you are considering living here, don't. I have had nothing but issues from this place, starting from day 1. When I moved in, the apartment was unclean, and there were bugs EVERYWHERE. I spent the whole day cleaning the apartment instead of moving like I originally planned, which was a huge inconvenience for me. Also when we moved in there were multiple ceramic things e.g. toilets/ toilet lids that were broken and there were things left over from the old tenant still in the apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Rent is higher than advertised. They do not have a maintenance man as advertised. Your toilets will leak, your ice maker will go out , your dishwasher will go out . The worst part is they tell you it’s your fault for not knowing how to use kitchen appliances when something way outdated goes out then refuse to fix it for months 🤣 apartment have black mold on vents…. The list goes on and on.
This place is the most worst place to ever live. Do not even consider it. They charge you random fees for no reason. Every single month we get our rent to pay and it’s messed up. They do not answer the phone EVER. I’m telling you, you do NOT want to live here.
