Management is super nice and very helpful!!
Don't seem to care about there tenants.
The area manager Angie isn’t any help. She has no resolution for my problems & when asked for the contact of somebody above her work status, I get told no.
I moved in on December 5th and I have had nothing but ongoing issues . The fridge not cooling properly, the water heater over flowing, and my upstairs neighbor water heater completely busted causing my entire apartment to flood and they have done nothing about it besides send someone to vacuum the water up. These pictures do not even do justice for how bad my apartment looked after it got flooded.
