Everything is working smoothly. The front office manager is kind and knowledgeable. Johnathan in maintenance is a good guy who always takes care of issues in a timely manner.
Jessica was wonderful and quite helpful in helping me find a place of my own. Wonderful personality and really enjoyed working with her!
I am so pleased to see improvements being made at Auburn Flats Apartments the grounds are looking so much better, and the railing on the stairs have been painted. I think they are truly trying to make the appearance of the apartments more attractive, and I am willing to give them time to do so, thank you to our maintenance staff who is working hard to address maintenance requests in a timely matter!!! I appreciate all the effort and improvements being made!
Johnathon the maintenance man does an outstanding job, has a great personality and responds quickly to our needs. He is the best person for the job I've seen anywhere. The Manager Jessica is very nice and helps with all my questions and problems. It is a pleasure to be a resident. J. Moody Apt 12C
